COMMUNITY VOICES / EVERY PERSPECTIVE MATTERS

THE LEAGUE BELONGS TO ALL OF US.

Parents. Coaches. Volunteers. Families.
Everyone has a perspective. Everyone deserves to be heard.

A stronger league begins when people are given a meaningful opportunity to speak—and know someone is listening.

01 / YOUR PERSPECTIVE

YOUR EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

Have you had an experience with Wantagh Little League that deserves attention?

Perhaps you’ve encountered a challenge, raised a concern that went unanswered, offered to help, or identified an opportunity to improve how the league operates.

Maybe you have a positive experience worth highlighting or an idea that could make the league better for everyone.

Save Wantagh Little League welcomes constructive perspectives from parents, coaches, volunteers, and community members.

You don’t need to have a complaint to participate. Sometimes the most valuable contributions are ideas for doing things better.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU.

02 / QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING

WHAT SHOULD OUR COMMUNITY BE TALKING ABOUT?

OPEN INQUIRY TOPICS

A stronger league starts with asking the right questions and listening to different perspectives.

These topics identify areas where greater understanding, open discussion, and practical improvements could benefit our community.

They are questions for discussion—not established findings of wrongdoing or representations that particular allegations have been independently verified.

A BETTER LEAGUE STARTS WITH LISTENING.

Whether you’ve coached for years, volunteered once, attended every game, or simply want a better experience for your children, your perspective can help shape the conversation.

We may not agree on every issue. But we can agree that our children deserve a league that welcomes involvement, values its volunteers, and listens to its community.
